Happy Valley Clients

Happy Valley, Oregon
Security / Camera / Intercom System, Structured Wiring, Home Theater, Multi-Room Audio, Audio / Video Distribution, Lighting Control, and Home Automation / Control

We worked with a client in Happy Valley on one of our larger audio / video projects. The client had a large security system with enhanced features including a pool cover contact sensor and integrated smoke detectors and programmable thermostats. The security system is integrated into the house audio control system as well, allowing for control of the security from the keypads and the audio touch panels. The house has 14 separate rooms of speakers for listening to music throughout the house. In one room, the client purchased a golf range simulation game that we were able to help connect through his AV system. The client’s intercom system is fully integrated into the system as well, so that when the doorbell rings, the cameras are activated, the speakers are muted and the whole house hears the doorbell through the speakers. Anyone in the house can talk to the person at the front door using the nearest phone. There are also three separate rooms with stand-alone surround sound systems. An added bonus for the homeowner was our ability to program his universal remote to turn his master bedroom TV off after a certain amount of time in the evening, knowing he would be asleep. Although most of the budget on this project went to the AV system, the homeowner did choose to put in a basic lighting control system package, knowing it can be expanded later in the future. His house is equipped with all of his wants for today, but also ready for what he may want in the future.
