Ridgefield Clients

Ridgefield, Washington
Security / Camera / Intercom System, Structured Wiring, Home Theater, Multi-Room Audio, Audio / Video Distribution, and Home Automation / Control

When building his new home in Ridgefield, this homeowner had automation in mind. His system has 6 zones of distributed audio / video. When someone rings the doorbell, front door or back door, his speakers mute and he can hear the bell from anywhere in the house. By integrating this with his phone system, he can then answer the door intercom from any phone in the house. He is also able to control his audio and video sources from any of the four universal remote controls or the three touchpanels located throughout the house. Because of the careful planning that went into the project from the very beginning, the wiring was done in such a way that the equipment is all housed in a rack hidden in the hall closet. With the popularity of streaming content, we were recently able to upgrade this client to new blu-ray players by simply replacing the current ones in the rack and completing minor programming changes. Now, in addition to his music library and iPod docking station, this client can listen to streaming content from anywhere in his home, at the touch of a button.
